Our standard lead time is 6-8 business days before we send out the print(s) for shipment. Certain products may take a little longer to produce such as Backlit Acrylic & Sublimated Metal. We can rush orders and expedite shipping upon request for an added fee. 

Yes. We can enhance/increase the image resolution if needed or requested. We can also resize/crop the image if required.

In the rare scenario this occurs, please send us a photo of the print/packaging and we will redo the order at our expense.

No, there is no duty or state tax when shipping to the United States. For shipments in Canada, provincial tax rates will apply.

You have the ability to split your image across several prints using our Multi Panel Print Form. 

Here you will have the ability to upload your image and select the type of split your looking for (triptych, diptych, etc…). A member of our team will edit the image accordingly and send back a preview for your approval. 

Of course! We can do Acrylic, Brushed Metal or White Metal is any custom shape, at any custom size up to 60 x 90 inches. Once your image is submitted a member of our team will edit the image accordingly and send back a preview for your approval.
